Shipping & Delivery Policy

📦 Before Your Order Leaves

Every order is carefully prepared and checked before it is sent out. Please make sure your name and delivery information are correct. I have no interest in tracking down a package that was sent to the wrong place.

🏮 Local / In-Person Delivery

For local deliveries, please provide:

• Your full name
• Delivery address
• Apartment or unit number, if applicable
• Phone number
• Preferred delivery time
• Any useful delivery instructions

Please be available during your selected delivery window. If you’re not available, another arrangement may need to be made.

📜 Shipping

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. Delivery times depend on the carrier and are unfortunately beyond my control.

⚠️ Incorrect Information

Double-check your information before submitting your order. An incorrect address can cause delays, and I’d prefer not to conduct an investigation over a package that simply went somewhere it wasn’t supposed to.

🐈 Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, contact me as soon as possible with your order information. I’ll look into the matter.

A final reminder: Read your information carefully before submitting it. Even I can’t deliver something to an address that doesn’t exist.
